The Heraklion Archaeological Museum invites you to the lecture series “EKATOMPOLIS: The World of Archaic Crete,” held in conjunction with the temporary exhibition of the same name. This series brings together distinguished scholars to explore various aspects of the archaeology, history, and culture of Archaic Crete. The lectures are open to the public, providing a unique opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of this era through contemporary approaches and new discoveries. All lectures will be live-streamed on the Museum’s YouTube channel. Lectures will be held in the Museum’s Events Hall and admission is free.
